Rates
All participants in any guided activity will be required to read and agree to the Waiver (please click link to review the Waiver)
Private ski guiding - starting at $800/day and dependent on group size and objective.
Alpine guiding - starting at $700/day and dependent on group size and objective.
All prices, unless otherwise indicated, do not include tax and guide expenses. Prices are subject to change based on objective difficulty and hazard, travel time, and group size. We will confirm at the time you book.
Booking Policy

Trips booked on short notice (less than 4 weeks) must be paid in full at the time of booking. All other trips require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the balance owing no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the trip. failing which the trip will be cancelled and deposit retained by Serratus Guides as liquidated damages.

Unless otherwise confirmed by us, you are responsible for providing all your personal ski/board and safety equipment. Plastic or carbon fibre shovels are not acceptable. A three antennae avalanche beacon is required.

Rescue inside a National Park will be covered by your park entry pass. In all other areas, the cost of rescue (if any) will be your responsibility. Please ensure your health or travel insurance will cover you.
Cancellation Policy

If the guide cancels your trip, we will attempt to reschedule your trip to another location or time. If a mutual date cannot be agreed upon, all payment will be refunded.

Any guest cancellations - whether for injury, weather, conditions, road closures, travel restrictions, failure to comply with policies, or any other reason - will not result in any refund, and all amounts paid to Serratus Guides will be retained as liquidated damages. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
